Contact Us:  Reach out within 30 days of your purchase. To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@jesusink.com. We cannot process requests beyond 30 days.

Inspection and Notification:  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds:  If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:  If approved, exchanges are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt.

Rejection:  If your request is not approved based on the eligibility rules below, you'll receive a notification of rejection and a shipping invoice to return the items. We are not responsible for any costs associated with rejected returns or exchanges.

Eligible items

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn (except for trying on), and unwashed.
• Items showing visible signs of use (e.g., deodorant stains, cosmetic stains, scents, or animal hair) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging if possible. If not, the customer must provide suitable packaging.
• Items marked as "sale" or "on sale" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Exchanges for "sale" or "on sale" items may not be available, but we can exchange items still in stock.
• Limited exchanges are available for discontinued items. Contact us for returns, and we can issue a refund or exchange for a different item.

Costs

Domestic:  We cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns within the United States. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided.

Exchanges:  One round of exchanges is free. Any additional exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.

Original Shipping:  Non-refundable.

Undeliverable Packages:  A re-shipping fee will apply if your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender."

International:  Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
