Processing Times

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. 
  • After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Fees

  • US Shipments: Free
  • International Orders: Currently, international orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery times are estimates based on your chosen shipping method at checkout and do not include processing time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • International orders typically have longer shipping times and may experience delays.
  • If you choose Priority or Expedited shipping, please note that the 2-4 business day processing time still applies.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender," a re-shipping fee will be required.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses and cannot offer refunds or replacements.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@jesusink.com before your package is sent.
